Methodology

Eligibility: Nairobi residents aged 18+ with a Nairobi ward.

Participation: voluntary, online and self-selected.

Duplicate mitigation: one browser receipt per poll plus one-way salted network and browser digests. This makes repeat submissions harder but does not guarantee one human equals one response.

Privacy: only salted digests are stored — never raw network addresses. Public results show aggregate counts only and never show individual written answers (only staff-reviewed aggregate themes).

These results come from an online, self-selected group of participants. They are not necessarily representative of the Nairobi population and should not be interpreted as a scientific opinion poll.
