About the Office & NGAAF

Sauti Mtaani Nairobi is operated by the Office of the Nairobi Woman Representative, Hon. Esther Passaris, who serves as NGAAF Patron for Nairobi County under the National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAAF).

NGAAF supports bursaries, women empowerment groups, youth enterprise and persons with disabilities, among other county programmes. This platform collects resident feedback to guide priorities — it is not a benefits application system, and taking part does not affect eligibility for any programme.
